Have you ever wanted to spend the night inside a Bass Pro Shop? No? Okay, how about sleeping inside one of the Great Pyramids of Giza? Well, Memphis, Tennessee's Big Cypress Lodge can check both of those off your list! You didn't even know you needed to check those off your list, did you?

Located within downtown's new(ish) Bass Pro Shops Pyramid, the Lodge offers over 100 rustic and unique rooms as well as outdoor themed suites. The boutique-style hotel is situated above it all, amongst hundred-foot cypress trees planted within the Pyramid itself, and the rooms are designed to resemble tree houses and duck hunting camps. It is truly an experience unlike any other. We stayed in the Fly Fishing Lodge, and I have to say...waking up to have room service on my balcony inside an empty Bass Pro Shop was a pretty cool experience!

In addition to a duck lodge where guests can relax by the fire, the Pyramid boasts a 13-lane, ocean-themed bowling alley, alligator ponds, the world’s tallest freestanding elevator, restaurants and more. Enjoy!
